We heal faster and deeper in safe, loving spaces. For years I tried to do it alone—because I thought I had to, or because I was afraid of being seen in my mess. But when I finally allowed myself to be held, everything changed. The shame dissolved. The grief moved. The joy returned.

Community is not a luxury. It’s a necessity. That’s why every offering I create includes some form of sacred circle—a place to be real, to be seen, and to remember that you are never, ever alone.
