What is Ayurvedic Coaching?

Ayurveda, meaning “the science of life,” is a 5,000-year-old system of natural healing from India that sees you as a whole person — body, heart, mind, and soul. At its heart is the idea of bio-individuality: what works for one person may not work for another. We begin by discovering your unique constitution (dosha) — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — and how it's expressing in your current life.

Through this lens, we explore what’s out of balance and how to bring you back to your natural state of well-being.

Each coaching session is a collaborative process where we explore various facets of your life, including nutrition, daily routines, stress management, and physical activity.

By integrating Ayurvedic principles, we aim to identify imbalances and implement practical strategies to restore harmony.

We’ll begin with a Clarity Call to explore what’s going on and whether this is the right fit. Coaching packages typically range from 8 to 16 weeks, depending on your needs and preferences. You’ll have the option of 1:1 sessions or small group offerings down the line.

  • Accountability, encouragement, and steady guidance

  • Options for kitchen-based cleansing, daily rhythm support, and food-as-medicine approaches

  • Nope! Discovering your unique constitution is one of the first things we’ll explore together. Whether you're brand new to Ayurveda or already familiar with the doshas, we’ll meet you where you are.

  • Not at all — though many of my clients are navigating midlife transitions, I work with people of all ages and genders who are ready to reconnect with their inner balance and vitality. If you're drawn to this work, you're welcome here.

  • Yes. Ayurveda is designed to integrate with your life — not add more overwhelm. We’ll focus on small, meaningful shifts that are sustainable for your current season of life.

  • Ayurveda is flexible and rooted in bio-individuality. We’ll talk about nourishing your body in a way that supports your energy and digestion, but there are no rigid rules or extremes here. You won’t be handed a one-size-fits-all food list.

  • Most clients begin with an 8- or 12-week package, with the option to extend or deepen the journey as needed. You’re welcome to start with a Clarity Call to see what feels right.

  • Yes — and we’ll look at these issues holistically. Rather than targeting symptoms in isolation, we’ll explore the root imbalances and help your body return to harmony.

  • Sometimes. If they feel appropriate, I may suggest gentle herbal supports or Ayurvedic formulas — always based on your constitution and current state. I’ll never push anything that doesn’t align with your body and goals.
