Why You Still Feel Stuck (And How to Break Free)

You’ve read the books, taken the workshops, done the work—and yet, something in you still feels frozen, tangled, or just not quite free. I know that feeling intimately. For years, I was functioning on the outside but stuck on the inside, caught in a swirl of anxiety, shame, and self-doubt. What I learned is that true freedom doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from slowing down enough to listen—to feel what’s really there.

Most of us are stuck because there’s unprocessed pain lodged in the body. We try to fix it with logic, mindset work, or spiritual bypassing, but the body doesn’t respond to ideas. It responds to presence. That’s where the work begins. Emotional release, nervous system regulation, soul retrieval—these are the tools that helped me break free. Not all at once. But layer by layer, breath by breath, I came home to myself. You can too.
